Account Specialist I - Hybrid/Boston, MA

The Account Specialist Iis a hybrid position located in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Include- Ownership of Pipeline Activity and Revenue Retention
- Coordination of Pipeline with Insured and Underwriting Team
- Coordination and Troubleshooting Payment Related Issues
- Generate Referral Opportunities for Cyber Program
- Misc Client Service Issues
- Support the team with policy renewals, client service, and retention for the Lawyers program
- Communicate with clients via email correspondence and phone
- Follow up on client inquiries
- Process certificate requests, endorsements, and policy changes
This role is an introduction to the Aon Affinity Specialty Programs team. You will be encouraged to learn and grow while supporting your colleagues and assisting our clients in the Lawyers Program.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service, office experience
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $53,000 - $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
