HVAC Diagnostics and Repair Technician (Field Service)

What will I do each day?
- Handle routine maintenance and corrective repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose problems using proven troubleshooting techniques and resolve them efficiently.
- Install new HVAC equipment and confirm proper setup, controls, and operation.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations customers can act on.
- Create thorough service records detailing work performed and parts used.
- Work safely at all times, following regulations and best practices.
- Continuously learn—track new tools, methods, and innovations in HVAC.
What do I need to bring to the role?
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade training is a plus.
- Current HVAC technician license and relevant certifications.
- Field experience as an HVAC technician or similar position.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, instruments, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work solo on service calls and collaborate with the wider team.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
