Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Match guest intentions with the ideal combination of services, activities, and lectures.
- Contact guests prior to arrival to provide guidance, answer questions, and encourage pre-booking of services.
- Offer on-property assistance by answering calls, conducting one-on-one consultations, and booking or adjusting services.
- Gather, document, and follow up on guest preferences and requests to ensure a personalized experience.
- Stay informed on company and departmental offerings through training, emails, and collaboration with other department heads.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience considered.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred; previous customer service experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication, listening, interpretive, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Personable and guest-focused, demonstrating understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy and a passion for exceptional guest service.
- Work 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, balancing operational needs and shift preferences.

PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $22.88 / hour
