Part Time Fitness group Trainer

Celebrating our 10th year in business, The Fitter Female in Lexington/Acton MA, is seeking an energetic fitness trainer to join our team for 10-20 hours per week. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of women through fitness and have a knack for building connections, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead small group training sessions (up to 6 clients per hour).
· Tailor exercises to accommodate clients, many of whom are aged 50+ with injuries.
· Provide personalized coaching and support to ensure each client has a memorable experience.
· Manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain control of the training floor.
Requirements:
· Certification in personal training.
· Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in small group settings.
· Strong communication skills and engaging personality.
· Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
· Current CPR certification.

Pay Transparency
· $25.00-$35.00 an hour DOE
