General Sales Manager

As our General Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead 19 team members across our sales department
- Work directly with the Sales Director to make thoughtful, decisive decisions — without bureaucracy or red tape

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager within an automotive dealership
- Experience with the Subaru or other import brand is a plus
- OEM automotive experience is welcomed
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Strong negotiation expertise and proven training capabilities for Sales Managers and Purchase Partners
- Deep understanding of the entire automotive sales process — from first greeting through delivery

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE
- Closed Sundays
- Close at 7 PM on weekdays
- Set weekday off every week
- Every third Saturday off
