Responsibilities

- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and therapists to develop effective patient treatment strategies.
- Ensure radiation exposure is within safe and therapeutic limits.
- Verify calculations and perform quality assurance checks.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiation therapy and treatment techniques.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities as needed for assignments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; completion of a Medical Dosimetry program preferred.
- Certification: Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) credential required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dosimetry role preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in treatment planning software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments and relocate as needed.
