Let’s Talk is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic pediatric team. This position involves providing evaluations and treatment sessions in our clinic located in West Bridgewater. The work schedule would be Tuesday through Friday, 8am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children in our clinic setting.
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to assess children’s needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
- Flexible and dependable

Requirements:- Previous experience working in a private practice setting and/or conducting evaluations in a private practice setting is highly preferred.
- Previous pediatric experience is required.
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team is required.
- Proper licensure/certification is also required.
