Anesthesiology Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts

A non-profit Physician organization with 70 Providers located 60 miles west of Boston is seeking a collegial, energetic, and forward-thinking anesthesiologist to join our highly satisfied and stable team of anesthesia professionals.

About the Opportunity:

• Option for full-time or part-time
• 10-hour weekday shifts (7 am – 5 pm)
• Call coverage is negotiable
• Surgical specialties include Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Gastroenterology, ENT, and OB/GYN
• Practice includes a large volume of regional Anesthesia
• Mix of solo cases and medical direction
• The team is comprised of 3 Anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs with an excellent retention rate
• Record high case volume of over 10,000 cases annually and a 20% increase in year-over-year obstetrical volume

Financial Package:

• High base salary depending on call obligation
• Our robust benefits package includes 7 weeks of PTO and 1 week of CME
