Front Desk Coordinator

About Us

Greater Boston Oral Surgery & Implant Center is a brand new, modern oral surgery practice in Medford, MA. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a professional and welcoming environment. As a growing team, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Administrator to help us build a strong foundation and serve as the first point of contact for our patients and referring offices.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and handle pre-authorizations
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Facilitate communication between patients, clinical team, and surgeons
• Act as a liaison with referring dental and medical offices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a front desk or customer service role (dental or medical setting preferred)
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and scheduling systems (Open Dental, Dentrix, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and calm demeanor
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$38 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
