University Accounts Receivable Specialist - Up to $30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process daily cashiering and deposit transactions
• Manage multiple payment sources: student payments, loans, and scholarships
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for payment reconciliation

Requirements (Top 3):

• 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with reconciliation
• Experience using payment processing systems such as Banner or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Prior experience in higher education or nonprofit financial operations
• Familiarity with large-scale financial reporting or audits
