We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber / Service Technician to join our team and ensure that our plumbing and heating infrastructure continues to operate efficiently and effectively as we expand.

Position Overview
This position is ideal for a versatile tradesperson who can handle both plumbing and basic heating service work. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems throughout our car wash and gas station facilities, as well as the diagnosis and repair of heating equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and HVAC units.

We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, perform high-quality, long-lasting repairs, and help ensure minimal downtime across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues with furnaces, boilers, and HVAC units , including basic electrical or mechanical failures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing and heating problems such as leaks, clogs, water pressure issues, and temperature inconsistencies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing/heating diagrams.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Work with various plumbing materials, including PVC, copper, and PEX.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and operations team members to coordinate service and repair schedules.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed.
• Manage plumbing and heating parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.) and in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Hands-on experience with basic heating systems, furnaces, boilers, or HVAC equipment preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Valid Driver's License required.
