You will ensure our clients onboarding engine runs smoothly by managing documentation, navigating our internal ticket systems, and serving as a dedicated resource for new hires.   • Master Administrative Workflows: Take charge of digital filing, ticket system management, and high-volume administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Own the Onboarding Journey: Manage end-to-end onboarding packets and HRIS data, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate I-9s, tax forms, and employment agreements.
  • Strategic Backup: Provide essential support to the recruiting team through resume vetting and initial phone screens.
