Industrial Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, food-grade manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced automated systems while ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, robotics, motors, PLC-controlled equipment, and automated packaging lines
- Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance in a food-grade manufacturing environment
- Utilize CMMS software to track repairs, document maintenance activities, and analyze equipment trends
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Assist with new equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support junior mechanics by sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices
- Perform welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick) as needed (optional)
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong knowledge of:- Electrical systems
- Automation and PLC troubleshooting
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Experience working within GMP/cGMP environments
Proficiency using CMMS software
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
