Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager

At Aqua Line Utility Inc. We specialize in large scale infrastructure projects across the Boston area, Including bridges, highways and complex utility upgrades. Our team prides itself on safety, quality, and collaboration in every project we deliver.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. The Ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver exceptional results safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery from estimating and scheduling to close out
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes.
- Oversee field operations and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Project Documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ Years of project management experience in heavy civil construction( roads, bridges, earthwork, or utilities)
- Proven Success managing project over $5M .
- Strong understanding of project scheduling software ( Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and problem-solving skills.
