Online Data Research

We are looking for an Online Data Researcher who is detail-oriented, analytical, and good at finding things to join our remote team. In this job, you will collect, analyze, and combine information from a wide range of online sources. The best candidate has great research skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work alone and with others.

Main Duties:

Do thorough and organized online research on a lot of different platforms, databases, and websites.

Gather, check, and arrange both qualitative and quantitative data to meet the needs of a specific project.

Combine your findings into short, clear reports and presentations.

Before including sources, check their credibility and relevance.

Work with project managers and other team members to figure out what information you need.

Keep correct records of the sources and steps you take in your research.

Make sure that all data handling follows company rules and rules about data privacy.

Always improve and update research methods to make them as accurate and efficient as possible.

Keep an eye on new sources of information and trends in the industry that are useful to clients.

Qualifications Needed:

Proven experience in market analysis, data research, or a related field.

Great skills in both speaking and writing.

Very good at analyzing and thinking critically.

Good at using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases, and tools for collecting data.

Great organizational and attention to detail skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well with little or no supervision.

A strong sense of honesty and a promise to keep data private.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information science, or a related field.

Experience with tools for visualizing data, like Tableau and Power BI.

Knowing how to use advanced search tools and Boolean logic.

Experience working from home in the past.
