WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a personalized and engaging shopping experience from arrival through purchase.
- Assist guests in selecting products by providing recommendations, sharing product knowledge, and identifying solutions that meet their needs and interests.
- Drive retail sales by actively promoting products, suggesting complementary items, and supporting department sales goals.
- Process retail transactions accurately while following established cash handling, payment processing, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment by stocking merchandise, replenishing displays, and ensuring product presentation standards are met.
- Support inventory management through product counts, stock organization, and overall retail operations while maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and providing exceptional guest service throughout the day.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related guest-focused environment.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor while creating positive guest experiences.
- Demonstrate accurate cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions and completing daily responsibilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a calm, approachable attitude under pressure.
- Be comfortable working a flexible schedule and performing physical duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds and remaining active throughout the shift.
- Show a strong willingness to learn, adapt to new systems and processes, work independently when needed, and contribute positively to team goals and success.

The pay rate for this position starts at $17.00/hour.
