Lionbridge isseeking a motivated and capable Managed Services Technician 2 to join ourexperienced team. The Managed Services Technician 2 will be responsible forproviding technical support to clients, troubleshooting basic technical issues,and contributing to the delivery of high-quality managed services. This rolerequires a solid technical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and a desireto learn and grow in a managed services environment.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support to clients, resolving basic technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or vendor support.

• Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.

• Assist in implementing solutions to prevent future technical issues.

• Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency.

• Technical certifications or coursework in IT are a plus.

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.

• Solid technical aptitude and a desire to learn.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange etc.).
