Job Description:
This role supports a critical system ownership transition by providing hands-on Jaggaer administration, process documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to ensure a smooth go-live for the client's Procurement and Finance teams.

Job Summary
•Administer and support the Jaggaer system day-to-day throughout an ITS ownership transition
•Review and remediate user access and security roles to align with internal standards
•Document current-state workflows, system configurations, integrations, and dependencies
•Map Jaggaer and Workday process flows and identify areas requiring remediation before go-live
•Facilitate meetings and working sessions to align stakeholder responsibilities and escalation paths
•Track project milestones and transition activities using Jira
•Contribute to executive status reporting, risk identification, and transition documentation

Minimum Requirements:
•3 years of Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or related professional experience
•Experience with Jaggaer or a comparable Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Procurement platform
•Experience documenting business processes, workflows, system configurations, and operational procedures
•Understanding of P2P processes including purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, and catalog administration
•Experience with role-based access management, security administration, and access remediation
•Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
•Ability to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:
•Hands-on Workday experience, particularly supporting Procurement-to-Finance integrations
•Experience with ServiceNow
•Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
•Previous Jaggaer system administration experience
•Experience supporting ERP ownership transitions, system implementations, or go-live activities
•Experience creating RACI documentation and operating models
•Higher Education industry experience
