Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel position in the Intensive Care Unit located in Hyannis, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering patient care in a dynamic ICU setting, with potential opportunities to support Med/Surg Tele units as needed. The professional will utilize nursing processes and contribute within the nursing standards outlined by Hospital Policy.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor patient responses to all medications
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Maintain and deliver high-quality customer service standards
• Document patient assessment during hospital admission and discharge planning
• Demonstrate proficiency in the role of charge nurse and nursing informatics
• Act as a resource for patient care, staff orientation, and teaching
• Adhere to safety, blood/body fluid policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality regarding patients and hospital matters

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Graduate of a School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Prior critical care experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Preferred: De-escalation Certification; BSN; CCRN; TCAR
• Preferred: Skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring
