?? Position Details

• Location: Fall River, MA

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, varies based on school

• Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year

• Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour - based on experience

?? Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings

• Assist with behavior support plans and academic activities

• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

? Ideal Candidate Has

• Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support

• Comfort working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges

• Skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking

• Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in dynamic environments

• Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed

?? Open Roles

• ?? Middle School - Social Emotional Focus

Support students navigating social-emotional challenges in a structured middle school environment. This role involves:

• Implementing coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques

• Collaborating with counselors, teachers, and support staff

• Promoting a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere

?? Elementary - ABA Focus

Work 1:1 or in small group settings with elementary-aged students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data

• Supporting academic and social development

?? Middle School - General Autism & Special Education Focus

Provide academic and behavioral support to middle school students with autism and other special needs. Key duties:

• Assisting with IEP goals and classroom accommodations

• Promoting inclusive learning experiences

• Supporting students across various academic and behavioral levels

?? Middle School - 1:1 with Individuals with Autism

Work directly with a student on the autism spectrum in a personalized 1:1 setting. This role includes:

• Implementing individualized support and behavior plans

• Managing behaviors and fostering skill development

• Helping the student engage in both academic and social activities

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
