You’ll lead cross-functional engineering teams, define scalable architectures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive platform modernization, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation for our clients.**Key Responsibilities*** Technical Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and evolve technical strategies and roadmaps that align with digital transformation goals.* Solution Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of scalable, cloud-native digital solutions using modern frameworks and platforms.* Engineering Leadership: Guide frontend, backend, and mobile development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).* Agile Delivery: Deliver secure, high-performing, and user-centric applications using agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.* DevOps & Quality: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), automated testing, and code quality initiatives.* Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy, architecture, and solution design.* Talent Development: Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.**Technology Stack*** Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript* Backend: Node.js, Java* Mobile: Ionic, ReactNative* Cloud: Azure* DevSecOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps* Tools: Figma, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Apache JMeter**Qualifications*** Must be able to be hands on* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.* 15+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role.* Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives.* Demonstrated innovation success* Knowledge of emerging technologies* Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, API design, and data integration.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**What We Look For**A tech-savvy leader with a passion for building impactful digital solutions, mentoring high-performing teams, and delivering measurable value through innovation and engineering excellence.#LI-ND1****Compensation Pay Disclosure:****Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
