Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Global AI Delivery Senior Manager for one of our large consulting clients sitting in India. This role will be hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2x days per week onsite at the client's office in Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana, India. This individual will lead delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions supporting a core internal people-focused digital product used globally by staffing and consulting teams. On a day-to-day basis, this person will own end-to-end execution - from problem definition and solution design through development, deployment, and rollout - while coaching and guiding a team of GenAI engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists. They will partner closely with product owners and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, manage priorities and agile delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This role remains hands-on, contributing to Python development, code reviews, and solution architecture, while working within modern, cloud-native environments and coordinating with enterprise teams (e.g., architecture, security, responsible AI) to support approvals and successful global adoption. This role with be very hands-on in supporting development and the work itself, while also prioritizing stakeholder management.

Compensation:

55LAKH to $57LAKH per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-~8-12 years of relevant experience across data science, machine learning, or software engineering, including building GenAI-enabled products

-Strong hands-on Python development experience delivering production-grade AI/ML or GenAI solutions

-Proven experience leading delivery teams of data scientists, ML engineers, or GenAI engineers

-Demonstrated ownership of execution and delivery (planning, prioritization, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes)

-Experience translating business problems into scalable technical solutions

-Strong background in Applied AI / ML / GenAI in production environments

-Experience working in cloud-based development and deployment environments

-Familiarity with data pipelines and production-grade systems

-Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, outcomes-oriented mindset

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical partners -Experience with modern cloud-native stacks (e.g., containerized or Kubernetes-based deployments)

-Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and GitHub-based development workflows

-Experience partnering with enterprise architecture, security, or responsible AI teams

-Prior work on internal digital products with global user bases

-Experience scaling AI solutions through rollouts and adoption phases

-Background in people, staffing, HR, or workforce-related systems (nice but not required)
