Overview

Creatio is a global no-code platform for automating workflows and CRM. We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Office Coordinator to join our HR team at our Boston headquarters. This is a full-time, in-person role based at 53 State Street, Boston.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Office Support: maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supplies (including kitchen consumables); greet guests; coordinate meetings, catering, and AV/tech setup; liaise with property management and building security; manage access control for visitor passes, employee badges, gym, and parking; handle mail and shipping (domestic and international).
  • Executive Support: calendar management, meeting scheduling, and lunch/dinner coordination; provide day-to-day support to the Executive Assistant, assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and special projects for C-suite executives.
  • General Administration & IT/Marketing Support: maintain inventory, assist with events and campaigns, create and mail swag, help IT set up new hires’ computers and ship to remote locations.
  • HR Support: onboarding/offboarding processes, preparing new hire kits, setting up workstations, coordinating with IT and HR; assist with employee communications and engagement events; support compliance documentation, policy updates, and reporting; assist with coordinating performance reviews and training; act as a point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Communications & Coordination: respond to emails professionally and manage internal/external communications; help coordinate celebrations for in-office and remote staff.
Requirements
  • College graduate with 1-2 years of administrative or office experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to travel and work at our Boston office 5 days a week.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in learning and growing a professional career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and dependable; able to interact with internal staff and external visitors/partners professionally.
  • Positive mindset with ability to juggle shifting priorities and help others.
