Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will bring an agile and reliable approach to each shift.

Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support order throughout the location.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
