LEI is a 40+ year, family-owned outdoor services company and a regional powerhouse across New England. With a rapidly growing fleet and year-round operations, we need a diesel technician who can think, move, and execute in the field .
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles
- Perform field service repairs to keep crews operational
- Handle preventative maintenance and breakdown response
- Work directly with operations to minimize downtime
- Be part of a team that takes pride in keeping a large-scale operation running
- CDL A or B (required)
- Hoisting license (required)
- Strong experience with diesel systems, hydraulics, and equipment repair
- Ability to work independently in the field
