Floating Per Diem Physical Therapist
At Concierge Physical Therapy, our Per Diem Floating Physical Therapists play an essential role in maintaining exceptional patient care across our growing network of clinics. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, flexibility, and collaborating with multiple teams while delivering the same high-quality, one-on-one care our patients expect.
You'll provide coverage for vacations, leaves of absence, new clinic launches, schedule fluctuations, and periods of increased patient demand while helping maintain consistency in the patient experience across all Concierge PT locations.
What You'll Do
As a Floating Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver Concierge PT's signature one-on-one patient care model with no double-booking.
- Float between clinic locations based on business needs and your availability.
- Build rapport quickly with patients and clinic teams to provide a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within Prompt EMR.
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Physical Therapist Assistants, Front Desk Ambassadors, and rehabilitation aides to ensure exceptional communication and continuity of care.
- Support newly opened clinics during growth periods and assist with maintaining patient access across the organization.
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Promote outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every patient.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and model Concierge PT's values wherever you practice.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to travel between Concierge PT clinic locations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable adapting quickly to different clinic environments.
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- New graduates with strong clinical affiliations are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Per diem/as-needed.
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability and clinic needs.
- Opportunities for weekday, evening, and occasional Saturday coverage as available.
