Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Assist with apartment/unit turns and move-in readiness
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Work with vendors and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation; tools are a plus
