We’re hiring for the Cannabis Associate position with Cannabis Connection of West Springfield! ✅ What You’ll Do

1. Retail - Customer Experience

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism

• Educate customers on cannabis products and help guide their purchases

• Handle questions and concerns with empathy and care

• Maintain customer privacy and follow all compliance rules

2. Inventory - Product Maintenance and Compliance

• Use our POS (Dutchie), Metrc, Excel, and Google Sheets to manage transactions and inventory

• Log transfers, intakes, and sales

• Follow CCC regulations and internal SOPs

• Keep our shelves stocked, support audits, and conduct product quality checks

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old (required by law)

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred

• Previous experience in compliance, inventory, retail, or cannabis industry preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Metrc, Excel, etc.)

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment

• Must pass a background check per state regulations

✅ Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours

• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs

• Bend, kneel, crouch as needed

• Work in a cooler, enclosed vault space with no natural light
