Records Management Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities What you will be doing:
- Processes pre-Epic MGH paper records in the onsite file room. Retrieves record from the MGH onsite file
- room.
- Performs data entry of patient demographic information using the Record Management database tool.
- Performs a quality check on data entry and/or boxes medical records to be sent to office storage.
- Records daily volume and productivity of work completed on a daily basis
- Organized, detail oriented, and work well in time sensitive situations.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a group/team setting.
