Job Details:
Corporate Associate
Draft and negotiate complex corporate and transactional documents
Support and lead aspects of sophisticated corporate transactions
Advise clients on venture capital and/or mergers and acquisitions matters
Collaborate with partners and deal teams on transaction structuring and execution
Assist with related corporate matters, including ongoing client advisory work
Qualifications
3 to 6 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions
Demonstrated experience with Venture Capital and/or M&A transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex transaction documents
Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters preferred
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
