Director of Healthcare Technology Management - Biomedical & Imaging
Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Boston, MA is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to oversee biomedical and imaging operations across a large hospital system. This strategic leadership role combines operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and team development to ensure high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing, subcontracts, and financial planning.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing HTM team.
- Serve as the primary liaison with hospital leadership and vendors.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and expanded service offerings.
- Drive regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, TJC) and operational excellence.
- Oversee capital planning, project management, and technology assessments.
- Lead and develop clinical and technical staff, ensuring high performance and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in clinical device maintenance and repair.
- Proven financial and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and development.
- Strong knowledge of CIHQ, DNV, and TJC compliance standards.
- Professional presence with ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- 5+ years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
