Job Description:
Associates in a Warehouse Office Associate role supports the daily operations of the distribution center by performing essential administrative and clerical tasks that ensure accurate documentation, smooth workflow coordination, and timely communication across teams. This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency, resolving system and vendor issues, and delivering reliable service to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Office Clerk, the contractor will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our office setting. Assignment tasks will include filing, copying, data input, sorting and delivering mail, invoice matching, and invoice preparation. This assignment will play a vital role in maintaining organized and efficient processes, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.

To succeed in this assignment, the contractor must possess strong clerical skills and have a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in English, as well as experience with budget management, databases, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft applications, is essential. Additionally, the contractor should be comfortable working with logistics and various applications to support daily operations. General clerical experience is required for this position.
