Joint Ventures PT is looking to hire outgoing, motivated PTs to join us in several locations, including suburban, Cambridge, and Boston locations. We offer an extended onboarding success program, as well as dedicated clinical education and development meetings to focus on your career growth. Our model of 1-on-1 PT for 40 minute sessions means each therapist manages a lower patient volume, allowing you to spend more time with your patients. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a profit share program. We are also excited to now offer an educational assistance program to help with student loan repayment (up to $5,250 for your first year here)!

Our therapists are encouraged to push themselves to improve patient care and the patient experience in all phases of rehab. From the start, this change from a more traditional treatment mode has allowed Joint Ventures to grow into the practice it is today, with 11 successful offices around the greater Boston area.

Joint Ventures offers not only a unique Physical Therapy experience, but also a multidisciplinary approach to care, sharing space with some of the best massage therapists, chiropractors, and personal trainers around! We encourage cross-referral and learning among all of our practitioners and find that not only do patient outcomes improve greatly when providers all under the same roof collaborate on the patient’s rehab, but this continuum of care is highly appreciated by our patients themselves.

We are looking for individuals with the qualities described above, and while we love hiring therapists with clinical experience in their chosen fields, we will consider newly licensed therapists!

Pay: $79,000 - $93,000
