We're looking for an Account Strategist to join our team and contribute to growth with our government clients. You will play a critical part in identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and driving new partnerships forward. If you have a track record of developing relationships within the public sector, leading cross-functional initiatives, and turning insight into action, we would love to have you on the team!
Requirements
What you’ll do- Drive results
- Lead the process to grow accounts
- Accept accountability for achieving business goals, in collaboration with project teams
- Effective at selling major opportunities inside accounts
- Relationship lead
- Gain access to executive or enterprise-level decision makers, within government organizational structures, political dynamics, and complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers
- Generate meetings that drive new revenue
- Innovate
- Collaborate directly with decision makers at accounts to co-create value with public sector constraints and opportunities
- Create compelling and inspiring ideas to bring to account decision makers
- Ideate the value LCM can bring across our capabilities
- Project management
- Create compelling and effective account plans
- Ensure the execution of the account plan
- Perform research to plan for and drive account growth
- Technical expert
- Provide competent technical information and knowledge to craft solutions
- Speak effectively to business and technical audiences
- Knowledge of government regulations, compliance requirements, procurement processes, and public sector technology standards

What’s Next?We're offering a competitive salary between $110,000-150,000 annually that matches your skills and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes a generous professional development budget, flexible PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, and more!
