We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Greater Worcester. In this role, you will play an integral part in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles and career levels. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
• Leverage tools like applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and craft innovative strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain compliance with all hiring laws, company policies, and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to provide insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation within the talent market.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in filling roles across various levels.• Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Solid understanding of hiring laws and recruitment best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with tools and processes such as CRM systems, background checks, and corporate recruiting workflows.
