The Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. You’ll work directly with the Sports Performance Director to deliver high-quality training sessions, support clients in the gym, and contribute to a positive training environment for all ages and levels of fitness.

Hours: ~8 hours/week (Tuesday+Thursday 3:30-8:30)

• ~8 classes a week
• Potential to expand into larger role

What You’ll Do

• Coach sports performance group sessions with a focus on technique and progression
• Ages 11-16
• Coach adult small group personal training with a focus on technique and progression
• Gen pop ages 25-80
• Motivate and support clients of all fitness levels
• Track client progress and attendance
• Maintain a clean, organized training space
• Collaborate with coaches and attend team meetings
• Continue developing your coaching knowledge and skills

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years coaching in a gym, collegiate, or sports setting
• Certifications: CFSC, NSCA-CSCS, USAW, ACSM, or similar equivalent
• Skills: Strong communication, coaching presence, and problem-solving ability
• Mindset: Growth-oriented, team-first, and passionate about helping others
• Adaptability: Comfortable coaching both beginners and athletes
