Field Sales Representative – Automotive FinTech
📍 Boston, MA (Hybrid)
💼 Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
💰 OTE: $110,000+ annually
Candidate must live within the Boston, MA area since driving will be required. Mileage and any sales expenses like meals and breakfast drops are expansible.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow your territory by driving new business
- Help shop owners leverage financial technology to improve operations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide field insights to shape product strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of proven sales success
- 1–3 years in a competitive sales environment (e.g., Enterprise, Hertz, Avis)
- Experience in automotive or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and independence
- Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client engagement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
Earnings Potential:
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually
