Field Sales Representative – Automotive FinTech

📍 Boston, MA (Hybrid)

💼 Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

💰 OTE: $110,000+ annually

Candidate must live within the Boston, MA area since driving will be required. Mileage and any sales expenses like meals and breakfast drops are expansible.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow your territory by driving new business
• Help shop owners leverage financial technology to improve operations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Provide field insights to shape product strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of proven sales success
• 1–3 years in a competitive sales environment (e.g., Enterprise, Hertz, Avis)
• Experience in automotive or related industries is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and independence
• Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client engagement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $74000.00/yr.

Earnings Potential:
