Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) - Hybrid in Worcester, MA or CT.
Join a leading insurance company as a part-time Administrative Assistant and support a dynamic team with your solid administrative and technical skills. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to increase hours and possibly become a full-time role.
Candidates must be located in the New England area, preferably in Massachusetts or Connecticut, with the ability to go into the Worcester, MA office from time to time. The pay rate for this position is $20–$22 per hour.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Perform various administrative duties, with a heavy focus on tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize your intermediate Excel skills to create pivot tables, V lookups, pie charts, and formulas, and to add drop-down menus.
- Help generate reports using Power BI (training is available).
- Communicate effectively and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of organization to meet deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, including experience with pivot tables, V lookups, and formulas.
- great verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, 15–20 hours per week.
Location & Pay: This is a hybrid position, but candidates should be located in the New England area, preferably in Massachusetts or Connecticut, with the ability to go into the Worcester, MA office from time to time. The pay rate for this position is $20–$22 per hour .
