We are an aluminum door and window manufacturing company based in Avon, Massachusetts seeking an Estimator / Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate quotes for aluminum doors, storefronts, and window systems, and supporting customers throughout the bidding process. The estimator will work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure timely and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings and project specifications
Prepare cost estimates and quotes for aluminum door and window systems
Communicate with contractors, builders, and customers regarding bids and project details
Support inside sales and follow up on submitted proposals
Coordinate with production and project management teams
Qualifications:
Experience estimating in commercial glazing, doors/windows, or related building products required
Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with solid math and problem-solving abilities
This is an in-office position in Avon, MA with a growing manufacturer serving the commercial glass & glazing construction market.
