General Accountant
1st shift Monday- Friday $24.00
Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor inventory and manufacturing-related costs
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate documentation
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience preferred (2+ years)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
