Concrete Construction Project Manager- Raynham MA
Are you a boots-on-the-ground leader who knows how to turn a set of plans into finished concrete on schedule and under budget? We're seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead commercial site and infrastructure projects from pre-con through closeout.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive field execution, own budgets and schedules, and lead teams that build everything from foundations and structural slabs to utilities and full site packages.
What You'll Own
- Lead the full lifecycle of civil and concrete construction projects — sitework, utilities, roadways, structural concrete, and infrastructure.
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, cost controls, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
- Direct field operations and supervise crews to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documents.
- Conduct regular site walks to enforce quality standards and specification compliance.
- Monitor progress, forecast costs, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Enforce OSHA and environmental compliance across all job sites.
- Support procurement and manage subcontractor/vendor performance.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years managing civil or heavy civil construction projects.
- Strong expertise in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and structural concrete.
- Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and documentation from start to finish.
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold crews accountable and build relationships.
- Clear, efficient communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)
- Full benefits package including:
- 401(k)
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Additional company benefits
If you're a results-driven construction leader who knows how to keep projects moving, crews productive, and clients satisfied — we want to talk to you.
