Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Minimum 36-hour weekly availability guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare facility setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
