Product Analyst
Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Triage and manage incoming support requests; Collaborate with end-users and developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Partner with Product Owner to break down large-scale epics into actionable user stories or research initiatives
- Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories aligned with user needs and technical feasibility
- Conduct UAT testing to validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to support user adoption and smooth transitions
- 2-4 years as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
- Experience supporting professional services, finance, or complex enterprise workflows (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Jira
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and collaborating cross-functionally
- Strong communication and writing skills for effective story creation
