Route 128 Honda is actively seeking a highly experienced, motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our top-performing, high traffic team. If you have 2+ years of automotive sales experience, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to close deals, this is a major opportunity to elevate your career at a dealership where top performers earn top dollar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Guide customers in selecting new and Pre-Owned Honda vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and efficiently
- Maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on Honda inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience required
- Honda product knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
