You'll put your skills to work by supporting a business through complex reviews and validations. Your work will make a positive difference in the organization you support. About the Role

Operates Xerox Fleet of Printers and systems / equipment that supports products or services. Transaction Operators will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multiple types of printers. Performs tasks according to established procedures.

Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills to complete assignments. Has developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job related training and considerable on the job experience. Completes a variety of a typical assignments, as needed.

Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

Has developed proficiency in a range of operational or analytical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks. Has a good understanding of how the team integrates with others to achieve objective, Impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.

May provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members. Trains and provides support to Level 1 and 2 associates. Proficiency on quality requirements with the team members to make sure they are followed. Understands support staff job responsibilities in, order to obtain required support.

Operates Xerox fleet of printing equipment to:

• Process Banks, Mutual Funds, Transportation, Health care type documents and checks,
• works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to perform assigned duties.
• Maintains a high level of productivity and adjusts to variations in workloads and assignments.

Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as - Month Ends, Quarter Ends and Year End type volume Requirements To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test

• Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Have a great attention to detail
• Be organized and have the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in transaction processing or data entry

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $18 per hour- $21.20 per hour.
