As we continue to grow in employee size, we will need an Operations Supervisor to assist with handling the day-to-day tasks in the Billerica facility.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor who brings a willingness to lead the day-to-day operations tasks. This role will report to the General Manager of the facility.

This role requires an individual who can lead and be able to pivot when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the current shift assigned and act as the first point of contact for the employees on said shift

· Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using the appropriate masking materials.

· Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and/or instructions

· Perform staking, potting, and coating as instructed

· Handle automated dispensing/coating robots as requested

· Identify and choose the right tools to use while masking/demasking

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma
• 1 – 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Background in manufacturing, electronics, or high-compliance industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical devices) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction when needed

Pay

$26 per hour
