We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Service Coordinator Admin to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first voice our customers hear , answering calls and addressing questions with professionalism and care.
- Prepare accurate work orders and create project worksheets in our system.
- Help with ordering parts and equipment so jobs run without a hitch.
- Coordinate schedules between clients, technicians, and project teams.
- Keep customers in the loop with timely updates and communication .
- Handle administrative tasks like billing, deposits, and collections.
- Support the team with documentation and project tracking as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with customer service or admin experience who thrives on organization and follow-through .
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- A team player who values a positive, collaborative work environment .
