Production Associates
Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates to work with our premier client in Manchester, VT. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team, with competitive pay and growth potential.
About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the production process, operating rod manufacturing equipment, preparing, assembling, and finishing rod components. You will install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides, ensuring each product meets quality standards. Your responsibilities will include following detailed specifications, achieving daily production targets, and supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with hand tools, craftsmanship, or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and maintain quality standards
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks
Ability to stand and move freely throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. safely
Team-oriented attitude with flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing demands
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
