Inside Sales Representative
At Weed Man Lawn Care, we don’t just sell lawn care—we deliver confidence, trust, and lasting customer relationships. We’re growing fast and looking for Seasonal Inside Sales Representatives (remote) who are passionate, motivated, and ready to bring our values to life on every call.
We offer unlimited earning potential , with a base pay of $16/hr + commission , allowing top performers to earn significantly more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, life & disability insurance, paid sick time, vacation, holidays, and your birthday off.- Full time schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
- Part time schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30-6:30PM.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls to warm leads
Educate prospective customers on Weed Man’s services and value
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals (with big rewards!)
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates must reside in the state of Massachusetts to be considered.
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong work ethic and coachability
Basic computer skills and ability to learn our sales system
Sales experience is a bonus—but not required (we train you!)
