Customer Acquisition Representative
We are seeking a full-time Customer Acquisition Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a track record of success in acquiring new customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate new leads and build brand awareness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of our products and services
- Monitor and report on sales activities and results to the management team
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of customer acquisition efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
